Privacy Notice

Pimstone Performance uses a five-step program-fit flow to explain how the training system relates to your sport, current vertical-jump range, selected goals, and training needs before showing an optional checkout link.

Information we collect

The quiz collects your selected sport, estimated vertical-jump range, one or more 12-week goals and training needs, first and last name, email address, phone number, and consent choices. It does not ask for your age, street address, diagnosis, medical history, payment information, or video upload.

Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymized traffic information such as page views, referrers, approximate location, device type, operating system, and browser. We also record non-identifying quiz events using fixed answer codes so we can understand where people leave the flow and which program needs are most common. These analytics do not include contact details or free-text responses.

How we use it

We use your quiz answers and contact information to provide your program-fit result, follow up about the training program, understand athlete needs, improve the offer, and measure the effectiveness of the site. If you leave the optional marketing box selected, we may also send occasional training tips and program updates. We do not sell quiz information.

Service providers and checkout

Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics. Completed quiz responses are stored in a Neon-hosted PostgreSQL database. After a new database record is saved, an internal plain-text notification containing the response is sent to a private Pimstone Performance Discord channel. Discord delivery is used for internal response review and does not replace the database record. If you choose to continue, the site sends you to TrainHeroic, whose own terms and privacy practices apply to checkout and program delivery. Your quiz answers and contact details are not placed in that checkout URL.

Retention and deletion

Quiz and prior application records are scheduled for deletion from PostgreSQL 12 months after submission. Their internal Discord notifications may remain until Pimstone Performance deletes them. You may request earlier deletion of a database record and its identifiable internal notification, or ask a privacy question, by messaging @pimstoneperformance on Instagram. Do not include medical details in that message.

Your choices

You can close the quiz before submitting it. The privacy consent is required to save a completed response. Marketing consent is optional and can be cleared before submission.
